Ilango Villoth reached ahead of ADP to secure Browns third-round receiver David Bell. Moore is major value at this spot in drafts. Moore's ADP has been in the middle of round 1. Moore was being talked about as a first-round talent and is connected with Patrick Mahomes for his career. Jim Coventry is laughing all the way to the bank, that Chiefs WR Skyy Moore fell to 11. Watson is now tied to the arm of 2022 MVP Aaron Rodgers. Michael opted to roster Christian Watson, who had an impressive pre-draft process. Michael Spero faced a draft dilemma many will encounter, deciding between team context and draft capital. Pickens may have an opportunity for targets right away with JuJu Smith-Schuster now in Kansas City. Ryan Pohle trust the Steelers with their WR success over the years and took George Pickens at pick nine. Jared Goff is a long-term concern and fellow perimeter burner DJ Chark is an immediate obstacle, but Williams' own talent indicates star potential once he's back to full speed from his ACL tear. Mario Puig elected to take Jameson Williams with pick eight. All reasons why Garrett Wilson fell to the middle of the round. The Jets have uncertainty with QB Zach Wilson and a crowded room of pass catchers. Wilson was the top WR prospect for many credible evaluators pre-draft. Garrett Wilson, the Jets' first round-rookie WR, was picked by Jordan Mazzara from the seven spot. Burks has the highest upside of any player in this class due to his immediate projected opportunity and diverse skill set he put on film at Arkansas. Joe turned in the card for Tennessee's Treylon Burks. Joe Bartel lands one of the best values of round one at pick six. Olave has a chance to be an every week fantasy starter from Week 1. Olave may not have the theoretical upside as some of the players selected later in the round, but he has a high floor for immediate and long-term production. John McKechnie jumped ahead of ADP to take Saints WR Chris Olave with the fifth pick. Even if Pickett is below average in the NFL, his first-round draft capital should insulate him for at least two years in the NFL as a starter. In superflex leagues, where you can start two QBs, Pickett is a valuable asset. Alan Seslowsky didn't let Steelers first-round rookie QB Kenny Pickett fall past four overall. He has elite running skills but did not have the pass-catching production his critics would like to have seen. Walker has become a polarizing rookie pick in fantasy football. Shane Seeley opted to take Seattle's second-round pick, running back Kenneth Walker, with the third pick. London is a prototypical alpha WR who is defensible as the top pick in rookie drafts. Jason Shebilske clicked the button on Drake London, who was the first WR off the board in the real NFL draft. Jeff Erickson did not overthink the pick or side with the "WR Truthers." Young RBs with high pedigree and a three-down skillset are gold in fantasy football. Jets running back Breece Hall has become the consensus first pick in all formats. WR is deep enough to trade back in round 1.Drake London, Kenneth Walker and Kenny Pickett form a multi-positional tier two.Ilango Villoth - RotoWire NFL Notes GuruįORMAT PPR: Yes QBs: Superflex Final Positional Count: QB = 6, RB = 17, WR = 21, TE = 4 Total Players Selected: 60 ROUND 1 TAKEAWAYS.Jim Coventry - Rotowire NFL, '21 King's Classic Champ.Ryan Pohle - RotoWire Writer High Stakes Fantasy Footballer.Mario Puig - RotoWire Senior Writer/SiriusXM host.Jordan Mazzara - NFL Writer covering the Seahawks.Joe Bartel - RotoWire Football Contributor & SiriusXM host.John McKechnie - FSWA College Writer of the Year.Alan Seslowsky - RotoWire Youtube, Video Editor. We provide a pick justification for each player drafted. As always, if you’re interested in reading these scripts, go ahead and ask in the comments. I tried to find a consistent theme to all the picks, but unfortunately, they can’t be distilled down into one unifying lesson. Meanwhile, all the scripts here have moments or characters that are tattooed on my brain. So as I was going back through all my reviews this year, I was surprised at a few of the high grades I gave scripts because I could barely remember them now. You can’t even remember a scene from it two months later. Just like movies, sometimes you can see something and enjoy it in the moment, yet that movie quickly evaporates from your brain. One of the defining tools for me to be able to identify a good script is, do I remember it three months later. These are scripts that I read this year and not, necessarily, scripts that were written this year. Keeping with the theme of lists this week, I’m going to share with you my ten favorite scripts of the year. Damage-over-time weapons, such as Witherhoard and Osteo Striga, are excellent for preventing any shield regeneration too. Calus benefits from a comparatively chunky shield that can be difficult to bring down, so make sure you destroy the packs if possible. I also died several times from getting knocked out the arena and being unable to grapple to safety as I had been suppressed by a Tormentor attack, so get rid of them quickly to minimize these issues.ĭestroy the Shadow Legion shield packs: Certain Shadow Legion enemies, including Calus, hold black packs on their backs that grant shields to nearby fighters. Kill the Tormentors quickly: Calus shoots a lot of projectiles your way, and the Tormentors’ Void waves only add to this problem. Tormentors also appear in this fight and are not afraid to chase you down onto these walkways, so make sure you run away when necessary. If you stay in the same spot, especially on those outside walkways, you’ll be prone to an attack where several vertical beams blast down onto you. However, you need to keep moving: Calus has a few attacks with very little windup that can kill you basically instantly, so you need always keep an eye on him and move around a lot. Stick to the outside walkways of the arena: These offer relative safety from both Calus and the Cabal enemies surrounding him most of the time. There are lots of ways to fall off the arena, and the Strand grapple is useful for saving yourself but consider forgoing it if you’ve got a decent build ready to go for another Subclass. You don’t have to use Strand: While you’re definitely encouraged to use your newfound powers, the Strand empowerment is completely optional for this fight. There are some cheese methods you can use to make this fight much easier – namely hiding under and shooting through a flight of stairs – but my tips will help you if you want to beat Calus and the Lightfall campaign sans cheese: It’s also a two-phase boss fight, so make sure you don’t celebrate too early either. The defense turrets you set up earlier can deactivate if they get swarmed by Shadow Legion enemies, so you must eliminate them to get the turrets working again.Īfter a few minutes of fighting, Caiatl and her Cabal forces will join the fray to help, but the Shadow Legion will also escalate their assault, bringing in more tanks and Tormentors – use the orbital strike weapons to quickly bring down the tanks and clear out some of the tougher foes. Once the tanks have been destroyed, the proper Shadow Legion assault begins. You’ll start by clearing some enemies from defense turrets as you reach the Irkalla Complex and then you’ll need to use a new orbital strike weapon to destroy some tanks. This massive battle encounter is pretty long but all you really have to worry about is killing Shadow Legion forces and avoiding death. Shoot the glowing explosives on top of the gun to disable it. Eliminate the nearby Shadow Legion forces to remove a forcefield surrounding a console, then interact with that console to lower another forcefield protecting the nearby AA gun. This suggests the curl call would also not be throttled. Here's a generic version of what we've been using on Stack Overflow for the past year: /// bat file instead of a curl command but the Run Command tool still wrote all 4 files simultaneously rather than being throttled. I thought maybe I could avoid the issue by having the composed API call write out to a file via the Run Command tool, and use a command line cURL request to get the actual data. Rather than the timestamps being 30 seconds apart, they're all virtually identical, suggesting that the calls themselves are not being throttled. Screenshot #2 shows the results with "Wait a Second" tool = 30 seconds. To get more visibility into the inner workings of the macro I had it add DateTimeNow() to the Download results separate macro output. I searched more and in this thread, on the advice of I wrapped the API call via the Download tool in a Batch Macro. While the whole workflow takes 4 times the "wait a second" parameter, it looks like there are no API calls being done until the end of the run when they all happen sequentially with no pause. See screenshot #1: 3 of the 4 records have passed through the Wait a Second Tool but the Download tool hasn't done anything yet. If I use either the Throttle tool or the CreW Wait a Second macro, I can tell that the records in the workflow are throttled before the Download tool, but it looks like the tool waits until all records are present before running through the Tool (which defeats the purpose). The issue occurs when I try to throttle presentation of these 4 requests to the API via the Download tool. Keeping things light, I increased my input set to contain 4 records, with varying parameters, then repeat the process, I get 4 different JSON objects out. I started with a single test case: bringing in a set of values representing the parameters for the API call, forming the URI for the call, requesting authentication via OAuth, and sending the whole package through the Download tool. I am trying to design a workflow that sends batches of API requests to a Google API, but incorporates throttling so as not to exhaust quota limits. This question is based on Designer 2019.2 I had a heavy ink calico Ranchu that looked brown, not black. Although I loved the look, the white/ light colored sand really washed out the fish. I had used Black Diamond blasting sand from Tractor Supply last time, so went with pool filter sand this time. I started up a fancy goldfish tank last fall after a few years break. They're adjustable Aquatops with plastic guards around the glass elements. Reason being is that I keep the pond outside during spring/summer/fall and some nights one heater is not sufficient. Toss a prefilter sponge on your canister filter intake if you go this route as loose sand will eat a filter impeller.Ĭan't comment on the other points of planting the tank.Īs for heaters, I run a 54 gallon pond (goldfish and Shubunkin) and have (2) heaters sized to heat 55 gallon tanks. Then wash, wash,, wash, and wash it some more. You'll be surprised how handy this will come in especially if you go the traditional route and paint the stand satin black.įor sand, just go to your local Big Box home improvement store and grab a package of pool filter sand. I would also suggest installing an undercabinet light. Go for what you want and the rest can quietly nod at your choiceĬabinet outlets I would install a surge protector with a long enough cord to reach your nearest outlet. Don't ask a group of 20 people this question as you'll get 20 different answers. Full disclosure.rest of my tanks are Fluval Aquasky 2.0's.Ĭabinet stain is user preference. I've heard good things on Nicrew and Hygger but this was the direction we went. Programming isn't fun - there's a YouTube video that covers it. I have a Finnex Planted+ ALC on the Severum tank and its bright. If you have issues with wifi I would steer away from any of the wifi controlled lights. I have this very filter on a 75 gallon Severum tank and I had to turn the flow down. Other bits and bobs needed: heater, filter media, air stone/tubing/pump, supplies for QT tank (tub, air pump, fake plants).Ī single Sicce Whale 500 would probably be overkill for the tank - it's rated for up to 135 gallons. Do I want a ranchu tank or a general fancy goldfish tank? If I go with only ranchu then I will almost certainly have to get the fish online. How do I want to plant it? I will definitely have pothos to soak up nutrients, but unsure so far about submerged plants.maybe some vals? Or just whatever I can find for cheap at the local aquarium society auction.Which sand for the substrate? I got some of the regular sand from Buceplant and I love the way it looks, but I'm not sure I want to spring for a full tank of that (especially at a depth of 2") since I expect with such light sand it'll need to be refreshed periodically.Unfortunately I have wifi issues and have issues with Kasa plugs because of the 5ghz vs. In cabinet outlets - do I want to go with a DJ rack type thing or a Kasa smart plug? I might do a mix of both (things that cycle on/off on the Kasa strip and things that don't cycle on the DJ rack).Currently thinking a light colored stain with semi-gloss polyurethane. What color do I want to stain the stand? I'm staining it myself because I don't know what colors will be in the tank. What do I want for lighting? I'm currently considering a Fluval Aquasky (mostly for app control purposes, as smart plugs are hit/miss in my house because of my wifi) but I've also considered some of the cheaper LED lights like Nicrew and Hygger.Relatedly - do I want to have a window film background on the tank (probably frosted) to minimize appearance of tubing?.I'm considering a Sicce Whale (350 or 500), unless I see a good deal on a well-reviewed used canister filter. What will my second canister filter be? I'm picking up a Sicce Space Eko 300 on Wednesday, but I want another canister filter.I have a few things I need to decide on as I get the tank up and running, including: This tank will be one of the first things you see when you enter my home, and it is also in the living room where I spend a lot of my time, so it is going to be a kind of centerpiece. I'm still undecided about lights, the second canister filter, decoration (mostly substrate, I have a big ol' pile of nice rocks but don't know which will make it into the tank), plants, and of course the fish. So I am setting up a fancy goldfish tank! I've got a 55g tank (recently resealed), a local woodworker is building me a stand, and I am picking up the first of probably two canister filters on Wednesday. I have always loved fancy goldfish but I never kept them properly as a kid, and so I never got to appreciate their true beauty or personality. I'm back in the hobby as an adult after keeping fish as a youth. |
